Brookview Bridford West is a 264-unit luxury, gated-apartment community in the rapidly expanding market of Greensboro, North Carolina.  Built in 2014, this eleven-building apartment complex contains spacious, luxury units and a highly competitive amenity package, including a fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, dog park, car wash and grilling stations.  With very little in-place competition and true Class ‘A’ features and amenities, this apartment community has consistently been a top-draw in Southwest Greensboro.  Brookview purchased Bridford West in 2018.
