Brookview at Citation Club is a 240 unit apartment community comprised of 4 three-story residential buildings and 5 two-story buildings. The property contains 64 one-bedroom, one-bathroom garden suites and 176 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Brookview at Citation Club was completed in 2004 and includes a lake, a clubhouse and a large swimming pool, among other amenities. Brookview purchased Citation Club in 2014 and subsequently sold it in 2019, resulting in a highly successful venture for our participating investors.
