Lynnwood Park Apartments is a 152 unit apartment community in the highly-desirable North Hills submarket of Raleigh, North Carolina. This nine-building apartment complex contains spacious, well-maintained units and a highly competitive amenity package, including a fitness center, swimming pool, dog park, playground, and tennis and basketball courts. Built in 1982 with significant capital investments made over the past three years, this apartment community has consistently been a top-draw with the Raleigh working-class community. Brookview purchased Lynnwood Park in 2018. Brookview sold Lynnwood Park in 2021, resulting in a highly successful venture for our participating investors.
