David Ostreicher is the President of The Brookview Companies. Under David’s leadership, Brookview has expended close to $500 Million Dollars in luxury multifamily real estate acquisition and development throughout the United States. Prior to founding Brookview, David spent nearly a decade as a corporate and real estate attorney, where he represented some of the largest real estate groups in New York. David’s legal career helped him foster strong relationships with prominent real estate ownership groups and investors throughout the country. David earned his law degree from the Fordham University School of Law.

Jane Kinen is the Executive Vice President of The Brookview Companies. Prior to joining Brookview, Jane served as Property Supervisor for The Habitat Company, where she oversaw the operation and administration of Habitat’s assets in the southeast region of the United States. Jane’s real estate career spans 25 years and includes experience with luxury properties, conventional properties, distressed properties and properties in a lease up environment. Jane provides management and marketing guidance in the planning stages of new projects and works closely with ownership to ensure strategic goals are achieved and asset value is maximized. Before joining The Habitat Company in 2012, Jane served in a range of leadership roles with several real estate management firms, including Hyder Property Management and Resource Residential, where she carefully monitored the adherence to the business plans and budgets of her portfolio in her capacity as Regional Vice President. Jane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Olivet University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Michael Boyle is the Vice President of Operations of The Brookview Companies. Michael has 25 years of property management experience spanning luxury, conventional, and distressed multifamily communities. Most recently, Michael served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Asset Management Officer for Bayshore Properties. During his tenure, he oversaw all departments and implemented structural improvements that enhanced communication, coordination, and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Florida State University, a Florida Real Estate License, and a Florida Community Association Manager License. He also carries a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with IREM.

Gary Hazellief is the Vice President of Capital Projects of The Brookview Companies. Gary is a seasoned real estate professional who has spent his nearly 20-year real estate career in a leadership capacity in all facets of maintenance management. Prior to joining Brookview, Gary spent the past 17 years working in various capacities for The Habitat Company; one of the largest full-service real estate firms in the nation. Gary spent the past 7 years with Habitat as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, where he led a 17-person maintenance team in support of a 1000-unit, 80-acre apartment community in Florida. Included in Gary’s expertise are all functions of maintenance planning, materials/project management, vendor management, work order control, due diligence analysis, and capital expenditure project implementation.

Jessica Palmer is the Operations Support Specialist of The Brookview Companies. Prior to her promotion to the position of Operations Support Specialist, Jessica successfully served for 3 years as the Property Manager of Brookview at Middletown – our 210-unit luxury apartment community in Louisville, Kentucky. Under Jessica’s leadership, Brookview at Middletown averaged above 95% occupancy for over two years. Jessica is a natural leader of both leasing and maintenance teams with respect to all onsite matters.

Jennifer Garza is the Property Accountant of The Brookview Companies. Jennifer has served in various accounting and finance roles for real estate property management companies for the past 10 years. She is proficient in property management software programs, bookkeeping and financial reporting and has taken the accounting and financial lead on large real estate portfolios. Jennifer carries a Community Association Manager (CAM) designation and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
